Alleppey in Summer- The summer season in Alleppey starts from March to June. The temperature can reach 39°C on scorching hot days. Alleppey in Monsoon- The monsoon season starts from July to September in Alleppey with a heavy amount of rainfall. By Train- Alleppey has its railway station, named Alappuzha Railway Station, located about 4 km from Alleppey city, and is well-connected to many major cities like Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata, etc via rail tracks.

By Road- You can embark on a road trip to Alleppey via NH 66 from Thiruvananthapuram and follow the road until you reach Alappuzha. The drive will take around 4 to 5 hours on scenic routes through Kallambalam, Kollam, Arackal, and so on.
