Shimla in Summer- This is a tourist season in Shimla when the weather is quite pleasant and ideal for outdoor activities. From March to June, the temperature remains between 38°C and 9°C.

Shimla in Monsoon- The region receives heavy rainfall from July to September with mild cold weather and you might need woolen clothes. The area is prone to landslides and road damage, hence it is not recommended to visit Shimla during the monsoon season.
