The Attukad Waterfalls gush through the hills between Pallivasal and Munnar, displaying their cascading might to all onlookers. The force with which the waters roll down the rocks, also known as Attukad Waterfalls, causes them to appear white due to the froth. Go For Birding In Attukad Waterfalls- Since a variety of avifauna congregates on the waters at dawn and dusk, enthusiastic birders will find the waterfall site to be great interest. You might see endemic bird species in the dense vegetation surrounding the falls, including the Kerala laughing thrush, Nilgiri pipit, Nilgiri flycatcher, and Nilgiri wood pigeon.

The pool created at the base of the falls has the ideal water temperature, depth, and flow for a relaxing swim. During this time of year, the mountain stream also becomes untamed and wild, double the delight. In the nearby forests, there are a lot of luxurious resorts with excellent reviews.
