- We provide pickup from Dehradun (Airport/Railway Station/Bus Stand)
- Ensure you reach Dehradun in time to check in at the hotel by 3:00 PM for a smooth start to your Chardham Yatra the following morning.
- Check out from Dehradun hotel.
- Depart from Sahastradhara Helipad.
- Arrive at Kharsali Heli-Base.
- You will be greeted by our ground staff and transferred to your hotel, located near the helipad for your convenience.
- Morning Breakfast: Start your day with a delicious and energizing breakfast at the hotel.
- Yamunotri Darshan: Embark on a palki journey to the revered Yamunotri Temple to seek blessings.

- Yamuna Mata Temple
- Shani Temple
Early Morning:
- Check out from the hotel.
- Depart from Kharsali Helipad.
- Arrive at Harsil Heli-Base.
- Welcome by ground staff and check-in to the Harsil Village Resort
- After breakfast move to visit Gangotri Dham for darshan

- Arrive at Sersi/Guptkashi Heli-Base.
- You will be welcomed by our ground staff and check-in to your hotel, conveniently located near the helipad.
- Shuttle services to the Kedarnath Ji Shrine will be arranged from here,
- Enjoy a delicious breakfast at your hotel
- Depart by flight for Badrinath.
- Upon Arrival at Badrinath Helipad:
- You will be welcomed by our ground staff and transferred to your hotel, conveniently located near the helipad.
- You will be assisted in visiting the Badrinath Temple for Darshan.
- In the evening, visit to Mana Village (if time permits)
- Passengers will be dropped off at Dehradun Airport, Railway Station, or Bus Stand.

- Accommodation @ Dehradun on the Arrival Day, just to unwind & get ready for your Yatra. Only Dinner included the first night.
- Accommodation for 5 nights: Accommodation at Dehradun on MAP Basis, and 01 night at each Dham with all meals included.
- Vegetarian Jain food can be arranged at the hotels if requested in advance during the booking process.
- Local Sight Seeing with our guides at all four destinations.
- VIP Priority Darshans.
- Airport & hotel transfers at Dehradun.
- Palki or Pony at Yamunotri - subject to availability.
- Shri Kedarnath ji helicopter shuttle services: Sersi – Kedar - Sersi.
- Local transportation at all the Dhams on SIC basis.

Tour Guidelines:
- VIP Darshans are subject to the orders issued by the temple authorities and State government
- In view of our helicopters’ weight-carrying capacity, We reserves the right to shuffle passengers between helicopters to manage the right weight for Life safety and hills flying CAR Section 08 Regulation of India. Therefore, passengers travelling together may not be accommodated in the same helicopter flight.
- Fixed Flight Timings: This is a Daily Fixed Departure Helicopter tour, and departure timings of each destination is fixed. Therefore, passengers must ensure they report as per the scheduled ETDs. However, We reserves the right to change/postpone the timings of flying one day prior, subject to weather/force majeure reasons.
- Baggage Allowance: Only one baggage weighing a maximum of 5 kgs is allowed per passenger. It is not permitted to carry suitcases or big travel bags in the helicopter therefore, duffle bags will be provided to all passengers on the day of arrival.
- Arrival/departure details must be provided at the time of booking so that we can smoothly operate the tour.
- Arrival day Dehradun Hotel check in time at 3PM.
- Kedarnath shuttle service: Passengers will be ferried to Kedarnath ji in a shuttle service flight. And it is likely that passengers travelling together may not be accommodated on the same flight.
- Additional Charges: In the event of any sudden increase in taxes or levies imposed by the State Government or temple authorities, the additional costs will be borne by the passengers.
- Yatra Registration: If online yatra registration is mandatory, passengers will be required to complete the registration prior to travel.
- Clothing and Footwear: Comfortable clothing, such as woollen jackets, track suits or Kurtas, are recommended for the tour. For footwear, passengers should wear sports or trekking shoes for convenience and comfort.
- On-Site Assistance: We have our own dedicated crew at each of the Dham locations. They will be available to assist passengers throughout the journey.
- Child Policy: Child above 2 years of age considered full Ticket.
- If an infant (2 Years, Max 12 Kg weight) is part of your group, their weight will be included in the total permissible weight for the group. It is essential to ensure that the combined weight of all passengers, including the infant, does not exceed the maximum allowable weight limit for safety and operational reasons.
- Any donations, tips, pitthu, extra porter charges shall be borne by the passengers.
- Airport Transfers: Airport transfers will be provided on the arrival day and the last day of the tour at Dehradun.
- Mobile network connectivity at Harsil & Badrinath. BSNL, Airtel & Jio are the main telecom services providers that work in these regions.
- Health and Safety Advisory: All temples in the Char Dham sector are located at high altitudes. Passengers are advised to carry necessary medications and warm clothing, as temperatures can drop drastically during the evenings and nights.
- For Senior Citizens and Those with Medical Conditions: We strongly recommend that senior citizens and individuals with medical concerns consult a doctor and undergo a medical check-up before commencing the yatra. A medical check-up is especially important if a passenger has any pre-existing health conditions.
Terms And Conditions:
Covid Travel Guidelines : COVID protocols must be adhered by the passengers as per the effective mandate of the government. Without adhering to the government guidelines, boarding shall be denied to the passengers without refund.
Seating Capacity : The seating capacity of our helicopter is 06 passengers.
Overweight Charges : Overweight charges are applicable @ INR 2500/ kg. This will be chargeable to passengers weighing above 75 kg. But excess weight will only be calculated on the total excess weight above the total permissible (450 Kg) weight of all the group members combined, i.e., permissible weight = 75 Kg x (No. of pax).
Force Majeure & Bad Weather Refund Policy
Uncovered Dham Refunds: In the event of missing any Dham due to bad weather or unforeseen reasons a refund of INR 20,000 per person / per Dham will be provided.
Bad Weather & Force Majeure Policies:
In case the tour departure does not take place from Dehradun on Day One due to above reasons, the tour will be considered as cancelled and refunded as per our refund policies. However, in case the passengers would like to consider taking the tour on the next available date, a fresh booking can be made. Our team will propose the available options to the passengers. The balance/unutilized amount against previous booking can be adjusted against the fresh booking. And any extra costs that would be accruing, will have to be borne by the passengers.
In case the tour departs from Dehradun as per schedule but gets disrupted, while the tour is ongoing, our team will propose the possible revised itinerary within the scheduled package days, but without any extension of days.
Any extension, proposed by the passengers, in the package will only be considered at an extra cost and subject to operational viability.
In case for 05 straight days flying does not take place, refund as per our policies will be made to the passengers.
In case of passengers get stuck at Kedarnath top due to bad weather or Force Majeure, the accommodation charges at Kedarnath will be borne by the guest directly.
Additional night halt charges will be payable by the passengers to hotels on direct payment basis if they get stuck for additional nights due to bad weather/force majeure reasons over and above the 5N/6D period.
Any increase in government levies or taxes, after the confirmation of booking, will be extra chargeable to the passengers. Payment against the same will have to be done before the commencement of tour.
Indemnity Clause
In the event of such incidents, the NSOP (Non-Scheduled Operator Permit) holders shall be solely liable for any claims or compensation. The customer acknowledges that the tour operator will not be held responsible for any incidents occurring during the journey or helicopter ride, and the responsibility rests entirely with the NSOP holders and operators.
By booking this tour, the customer agrees to assume all risks associated with the tour and releases the tour operator from any liability arising from unforeseen circumstances during the trip.
