Itinerary Details

Manali: Also known as the Queen of Hill stations and a mecca for adventure sports enthusiasts, Manali is situated at 6,398 ft in the Himalayas. What you dream of having at a hill station this place has everything to offer, Snow clad mountains, Beautiful valleys, River, small streams, High altitude roads and gateways to the most off beat destination like Ladakh, Lahaul and Spiti. Hadimba Temple: Also known by the names Dhungari Temple, as the name suggests, the temple is dedicated to Hidimba Devi, wife of Bheema. The wooden architecture of the shrine is very distinct from most Hindu temples you will come across in the country.
Manu temple: The Manu Temple is dedicated to an old sage after whom it has been named. The pagoda-style architecture of the shrine stands out amidst the deep valleys and mountain peaks. You have to hike a little to reach the temple, but the views at the summit and the spiritual vibes it exudes make all your efforts completely worth it Vashisht: A place of great spiritual importance, Vashisht village is home to a beautiful temple set amidst the dramatic Himalayan topography. It is believed that the temple has a history of more than 4000 years and the interiors of the shrine feature wooden carvings, antique figures, and paintings. What makes this destination even more unique is the presence of hot springs that are believed to hold healing properties
 Jogini Fall: Jogini Waterfall is located around 2 kilometers away from the famous Vashisht Temple. What makes it a popular tourist spot is the trek from Vashisht Temple, through pine trees and orchards, to the mesmerizing Jogini Waterfalls cascading from a height of 160 feet.The trail starts from the Vashisht temple is scenic and gives you a glimpse of the River Beas and the snow-capped peaks of Rohtang. A must visit place for those people who love to walk in mountain, a refreshing walk of 45 minutes from Vashisht is worth experiencing.
Solang Valley: Located at bout 8400 feet above sea level, Solang Nala is a short drive away from Manali. It is a haven for adventure and sports lovers. In winters the place is full of adventure lovers looking for amazing experience in skiing with world class ski slopes and ski lift. When the weather warms up, people flock here for zorbing and paragliding. 
Atal Tunnel: Atal Tunnel also known as Rohtang Tunnel is a highway tunnel built under the Rohtang Pass on the Leh – Manali Highway in Himachal Pradesh at a length of 9.02 km, it is the longest highway single-tube tunnel above 10,000 feet (3,048 m) in the world when completed. The tunnel reduces the travel time and overall distance between Manali and Keylongon the way to Leh. The tunnel is at an elevation of 3,100 metres whereas the Rohtang Pass is at an elevation of 3,978 metres

Rohatang Pass : Situated at an altitude of 3979 mtrs above sea level and 51 kms outside Manali is the mighty Rohtang Pass - the gateway to Lahaul-Spiti valley. It affords a wide panoramic view of the mountains. Here one sees the majesty of the mountains at its height and splendour. At the top of the pass the air seems to glitter against the snow as you look down over herringboned ridges into the Lahaul valley. Evening at Leisure. Kasol: Kasol is a hamlet in the Kullu district of the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. It is situated in Parvati Valley, on the banks of the Parvati River, Between Bhuntar and Manikaran, it is located 30 km from Bhuntar and 36 km from Kullu town, the district headquarters, 3.5 km from Manikaran
Manikaran: Manikaran is a pilgrimage centre for Hindus and Sikhs. The Hindus believe that Manu recreated human life in Manikaran after the flood, making it a sacred area.

Cancellation Policies
Prior to 30 days or more – 100% amount of the tour cost will be refunded
Between 29 and 15 days of departure - 75% amount of tour cost will be refunded
Between 14 days and 7 prior to date of departure - 50% amount of tour cost will be refunded
Between 6 days and in case of no show - No refund, 100% retention shall be charged

HOTELS:

Kindly note that names of hotels mentioned in the proposed hotels only indicate that our rates have been based on usage of these hotels and it is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey such confirmation to you. We reserve the right to change the same due to availability issue with the hotel, or unavoidable circumstances. In that case we may provide alternative, similar accommodation and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement/reduction whatever applicable) to you.

Our offer is based on usage of base category rooms at the mentioned hotels (unless specified otherwise) and if this category of rooms is not available we shall try to confirm accommodation in next available higher category of rooms and shall advise supplementary cost involved while conveying the status.

MEALS:

The menus are pre-set menus provided for breakfast/lunch/dinner on the tour as mentioned under each Tour itinerary and inclusions and exclusions as committed at the time of confirmation. In standard/Budget category of hotels the meals preferences are veg meals, unless specified and in Deluxe/Super Deluxe and Luxury category of hotels/resort the meals are a mixture of veg and non-veg preferences.
Mostly buffet meals are served during the tour, but depending upon the less occupancy and group size Ala Carte meals may be served by the hotels. No claim can be made for the meal which guest has missed and not utilized.

ITINERARY CHANGES:

For the comfort and convenience of guests, there could be some changes or amendments in the itinerary. We will try to advise you of these amendments, prior to the start of the tour or on tour. In the event if guest misses on any part of the sightseeing tour or any such tour due to delay on his part, he will not be entitled to claim refund of the same.
The timings mentioned in Day schedule in the itinerary may vary depending upon the road conditions, particular destination visits, En route meals, climatic conditions, particular health conditions of the guests and timings of sightseeing places and monuments.

CONDITION OF TRAVEL:

Please note the readymade packages are made on the basis of destinations to be visited, sightseeings/excursions, and activities to be done during the tour, keeping in view the time, cost and other factors while designing the package. The guest has to strictly follow the Tour itinerary. Any additional sightseeings and excursions apart from the suggested itinerary will be on supplement cost. Any additional transfers/ pickups/drops apart from the proposed itinerary shall be subject to additional charges payable apart from the package quote.
In case where a guest along with his family is unable to join or continue the tour due to any reason whatsoever including illness, death or loss of any travel documents, flight/train delays or cancellation no claim shall be entertained for refund of unutilized services, his booking shall be treated as 'no show' on the tour and 100% cancellation charges will be levied.

TRANSPORT:

We normally use A/C Sedan such as Etios/Desire, Innova/Crysta/Tempo Travellers/2X2 A/C Coaches for our tours depending upon the group size and preferences of the travel. The drivers of the vehicles are bound by specific rules like maximum driving hours within a day, rest period per day etc. Clients will have to strictly adhere to the prescribed timetable for the day so that the driver can complete the travel. In case, any of the sightseeing schedules is missed due to delays caused by the client, the same will not be refunded to the client under any circumstances. Please note that AC will not work in Hills and no claims to this regard shall be entertained.

IDENTITY PROOFS:

It is mandatory to carry the Photo identity Proof during travel and have to be presented at the time of Check Inn in all hotels for security reason.

ROHATANG PASS EXCURSION:

(CLOSED ON TUESDAY) OPENS FROM JUNE 15 TO OCTOBER 15

Excursion to Rohatang is not included in the itinerary because NGT has restricted the number of vehicles to this place and it entirely depends upon the permission on a particular day. The client can take the local State Transport Bus (INR 1000 to 1500 per person return) and visit Rohtang. The guest has to get the tickets from the Bus Depot at Mall Road. The local cabs charge somewhere between INR 5000 to INR 13000 depending on the demand.

 

MONUMENTS AND ENTRY CHARGES:

All monuments are closed on Monday and Taj Mahal is closed on Friday. Rohatang Pass is closed on Tuesday for maintenance. Kindly check your itinerary at your end as well.
