Suppliers, rules, and restrictions

You acknowledge that Safar Mentor Pvt. Ltd. pre-negotiates rates with suppliers to facilitate the purchase of products and services on your behalf. The rate displayed on the Website is a combination of the pre-negotiated rates for the products and services that you purchase, and a fee retained by Safar Mentor Pvt. Ltd. to compensate us for our services.

Separate terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related services that you select. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

1. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the supplier's rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services.
2. You acknowledge that some third-party providers offering certain services and/or activities may require you to sign their liability waiver before participating in the service and/or activity they offer.
3. You understand that any violation of any such supplier's rules and restrictions may result in the cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access to the applicable travel product or services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.

You agree to inform Safar Mentor Pvt. Ltd. of any circumstance or condition as a result of which you or another person on whose behalf you are making a reservation may require special services prior to your purchase. Any complaints regarding a supplier should be brought to the attention of the supplier immediately during the time of the service and the same should be communicated to us in writing within thirty days thereafter, failing which, Safar Mentor Pvt. Ltd. will not entertain any such complaints.

Payment Policy

We accept online payments in Indian Rupees (Rs) on this Website. You validate that you are the cardholder for all online payments made using credit/debit cards and that your identification (“Cardholder ID”) exactly matches that of the credit/debit card used to make your purchase. You further agree to promptly provide proof of such matching Cardholder ID upon request at any time within six months of your purchase. You understand that any violation of this policy may result in the cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access to the applicable travel products or services, your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.

Change and cancellation policy

All requests for change or cancellation of any goods and services purchased on this website must be delivered in writing to the service help desk provided at the end of these terms or by email to [email protected] and must be received in both cases, on our working days at least 24 hours before these goods and services are scheduled to be provided. Our offices are open ("working days") from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm India local time on each day from Monday to Saturday, except on public holidays and holidays declared for private sector establishments in India. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions imposed at the time of your purchase, which will determine the change and cancellation policy applicable to your purchase, including, but not limited to penalties that may apply. Additionally, you agree that:

• If a change or cancellation policy is not provided relevant to your request in the terms and conditions imposed at the time of your purchase, your purchase can not be changed and is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Some payment cards and accounts may take up to an additional 3 to 6 months thereafter to display the credited amount.

Refund policy

For refunds of unused or unutilized services that have been paid for and canceled in advance, the refund amount will be determined based on the cancellation policy mentioned above. The money will be refunded to the person who made the payment. Please note that the refund process may take 2 to 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is issued to a credit card or bank account, the associated bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Delivery policy

All goods and services purchased on this website and their transaction receipts will be delivered in the form of a printable electronic ticket ("ticket") after the successful completion of your purchase. A notification of your ticket and any changes made to it may also be delivered to your mobile number, subject to service availability.

Your ticket will be available to download for a limited period of time from the page on this website that confirms the successful completion of your purchase. If you choose not to download your ticket from the page on this website, you must check that you have received an e-ticket for your purchase by e-mail. If not, notify us without delay within one hour after your successful completion of the purchase.

We shall not be liable if you do not receive your ticket because the e-mail address you provided at the time of purchase was unable to receive the e-mail containing your ticket after your successful completion of the purchase within 24 hours thereafter for any reason whatsoever.

Airline Flight Tickets Booking

You agree to the standard air travel rules for all full-service airline flights and to the conditions of carriage for all your flights, which are available upon your request. • your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or
